Matin Karimli Imdad
M.Karimli was born on June 6, 1979.
In 1999 he graduated from faculty of international relations of Baku State University with bachelor degree.
In 2000-2001 he received Interdisciplinary diploma in European Studies at the University of Strasbourg (France) and got master degree in 2001-2002.
In 2003-2004, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is currently a reserve senior lieutenant.
In May - July 2005 studied the Leaders Program at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (Germany), in January-August, 2006 graduated from the higher course of the NATO Defense College.
In 2012 received master degree in public administration at the Harvard University (USA), as well as got Mason Programs diploma in public policy and management.
In 2017-2018 participated in the program organized by the Baku Higher Oil School jointly with the US George Washington University and received a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
In 1998-1999 he worked as Vice President of the National Council of Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan, in 2003-2004 served in the military service, in 2005-2008 - a referent in the Department of Security Issues of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2008-2009 - an officer of the International Partnership Secretariat at the NATO's Defense Policy and Planning Division, in 2009-2011 - the second secretary at the NATO mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in March-June, 2011 - the second secretary in the Department of Security Issues of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, since 2012 - the head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic.
He was appointed deputy minister of labour and social protection of population of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 280 dated February 20, 2014.
He was appointed a member of the Supervisory Council of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 13, 2018.

He is married with three children.
