Nearly 1 million 123 thousand appeals to e-services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been registered in January 2018, which is 82,8 percent more than in the previous month, i.e. in December 2017.
Electronic service network on the areas of activities of the Ministry has opened wide opportunities for citizens to use public services in these areas without official-civil contacts, in a transparent manner. As a result, these e-services are of great interest to the public and statistics of their use continue to grow every month.
The highest increase in the number of appeals was on the e-service "Submission of reports on mandatory state social insurance". Last month, it was appealed to this e-service, which has been used since April 1, 2017 for the introduction of a new single quarterly reporting subsystem for mandatory state social insurance premiums and individual accounting records, which allows simplifying the reporting process for the insured and reducing the number of reports, 16.5 times more than in the previous month, i.e. 394 700 times. Also in January, "Registration of notifications of labour contract and provision of information to employer about it" e-service has been used 310 278 times, which is 37.1 percent more than in the previous month of December, "Providing information to the insured" e-service 32 374 times (38.9 percent more), "Obtaining information on notifications of labour contract by employees" e-service 29,570 times (18.9 percent more).
"Pension calculator", "The study of account number of insured", "Online payment of mandatory state social insurance funds", "Online registration of the insured", "A reference on the place of business", "Providing information to the pensioner", "Providing information about examination conducted by the Medical-Social Expert Commissions", "Providing information on the latest examination at the Medical-Social Expert Commissions", "Making the appeal on targeted social assistance", "Submission of report sheets on benefits for child care under three years old" and other e-services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population are also widely used.
