It has been appealed to e-services in the field of labour and social protection 9 million 340 thousand 808 times in 2017
Electronic services network of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan created the conditions for the population to use public services in these areas in real-time mode, in a flexible and transparent way. This also stipulated the appeals to those e-services continue to grow over the past year.
Thus, 9 million 340 thousand 808 times appeals have been made to e-services of the Ministry in 2017, which is 42.6 percent more than in the previous year, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was the institution of which e-services were used most commonly on the "E-government" portal in 2017 with this indicator. Last year, 40.6 percent of the appeals made to the portal were the appeals directed to e-services in the field of labour and social protection.
In 2017, "Submission of reports on mandatory state social insurance" e-service of the ministry was one of the e-services distinguished by high usage of services. Last year, the registration of 1 053 700 times appeals to this e-service indicates its public significance, that the insurers are in the interest. Also, "Registration of notifications of labour contract and provision of information to employer about it" (2,825,065 appeals), "Submission of report sheets on benefits for temporary disability" (526 272 appeals), "Providing information on the latest examination at the Medical-Social Expert Commissions" (481,915 appeals), "A reference on the place of business" (337 749 appeals), "Submission of report sheets on benefits for child care under three years old"(297,939 appeals), "Online registration of the insured" (256 709 appeals) and other e-services are among the most widely used e-services.
Great interest in "Making the appeal on targeted social assistance", "Obtaining information on notifications of labour contract by employees", "Submission of report sheets on benefits for pregnancy and birth", ", "Submission of report sheets on benefits for childbirth", "Providing information to the insured", and other e-services was also observed in 2017.
In general, nearly 30 electronic services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection are in use by citizens. In the upcoming period it is planned to create new automated systems on areas of activity of the ministry, which will further increase the number of e-services.
