The number of appeals for these e-services increased by 13.2 percent last month
As a result of the implementation of the tasks of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the systemic reforms carried out in recent years have resulted in the creation of an automated infrastructure in the field of labour and social protection, and on this basis, nearly 30 electronic services have been made available to the population. The statistics of using these e-services providing transparent representation of public services on labour and social protection to citizens on a modern basis, without official-citizen contacts and providing access to relevant population groups, is gradually increasing.
As another indication of this, in November 2017, it has been appealed to e-services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population 644 710 times, which is 13.2 percent more than in the same period last year. Including, last month, the number of appeals on "Registration of notifications of labour contract and provision of information to employer about it" e-service reached to 250 557 by increasing 31.8 percent, "Obtaining information on notifications of labour contract by employees" e-service reached to 20 311 by increasing 50 percent, "Submission of report sheets on benefits for temporary disability" e-service reached to 27 496 by increasing 13.8 percent, "Online registration of the insured" e-service reached to 18 941 by increasing 57%.
Also the regular increase in the number of appeals to "Submission of report sheets on benefits for pregnancy and birth", "Submission of report sheets on benefits for childbirth", "Submission of report sheets on benefits for child care under three years old" and other e-services shows itself.
Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Sub-System (TSERAS) of the ministry allowed the implementation of disability appointments in a transparent environment without the citizen-expert contacts. "Providing information on the latest examination at the Medical-Social Expert Commissions", "Providing information about examination conducted by the Medical-Social Expert Commissions" e-services provide information on the outcome of the assessment of disability. Interest in these e-services continues to grow. For example, the number of appeals sent to both e-services in November increased by 3.7 times compared to the same period last year and reached 42,552.
In general, as an indicator of the great social demand and public interest in e-services in the field of labour and social protection, in the past period, it has been appealed to those e-services 22 million 200 thousand times, which makes 38% of the total number of appeals to the "E-government" portal.
