Responding to 17,362 appeals by 142 and 190 "Call Centers" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the last month- in December last year has been provided.
The appeals covered the issues of social security, determination of disability, and medical-social rehabilitation, provision of employment, observance of labour legislation, insurance-pension system, use of electronic services in these areas, etc. Each appeal to the Call Center has been promptly responded. 96.4 percent of general appeals were in the form of survey. Clear explanations with regard to these surveys were given to the citizens by the Ministry's specialists referring to relevant legislative acts. The other issues addressed in the relevant departments of the Ministry were investigated and appropriate measures were taken and the results were reported to the citizens.
Purposeful work has been carried out in the conditions of application of electronic technologies in recent years for improving activity of "Call Centers", expanding their service to their population. Thus, it is also possible to obtain information about the current status of the disability examination, as well as the current status of consideration of an application for targeted state social assistance through 142 "Call Center". An opportunity for the appointment of pension in an automated manner through the 190 "Call Center" has been created.
Overall, nearly 151, 9 thousand appeals have been responded by 142 and 190 "Call Centers" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population in the last one year.
